PSCA introduces on line tracking system for complaints registered on 15 helpline

LAHORE, Feb 22 (APP): A modern online tracking system has been introduced for complaints registered on 15 helplines of Punjab Safe City.
According to the PSCA sources, citizens can now monitor the progress of their complaints online 24 hours a day, as soon as the FIR is registered, the download link, e-tag number of the complaint and details will be sent via WhatsApp.
Citizens can also verify the details by downloading their FIR from home, the applicant will be provided with a username and password via message, the complainant will be able to check the status of their application and also give feedback.
Through the Virtual Women’s Police Station, women can benefit from legal guidance and follow-up facilities from home.
Under Safe City’s post-FIR follow-up service, continuous contact is maintained with the affected women. Citizens can visit feedback.psca.gop.pk to know the latest status of their complaint. To contact the Virtual Women’s Police Station, call 15 and select 2.
