The spokesman said the training workshop was arranged under the guidelines of City Police Officer (CPO) Rawalpindi Syed Khalid Mahmood Hamdani, who emphasised that effective investigations play a key role in convicting offenders and delivering justice to citizens, particularly in serious cases such as murder.
