FAISALABAD, Feb 18 (APP):The Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) has finalised terms and conditions for the sale of 284 residential plots through balloting in FDA City Sargodha Road while applications for this balloting are expected to open in the first week of March.
Chairing a meeting, Additional Director General FDA Qaiser Abbas Rand reviewed eligibility criteria, balloting procedure and other modalities for the sale of 189 plots of one kanal and 95 plots of ten marla on easy installments.
He examined each clause of the proposed terms and conditions and made necessary decisions to ensure transparency and compliance with government policy and relevant laws.
He said that application forms would be available online after formal announcement on the official website.
He said that the application form fee has been fixed at Rs.10,000/- for one kanal plots and Rs.5,000/- for ten marla plots.
The applicants should deposit earnest money of Rs.500,000/- for one kanal and Rs.250,000/- for ten marla plots along with their applications while the balloting process wou8ld be conducted in two phases, he added.
He directed the FDA officers that all terms and conditions should be clear, transparent and strictly within the legal framework to ensure fair opportunity for all eligible Pakistani nationals. The finalized details would be announced and advertised shortly, he added.
Chief Engineer FDA Mehar Ayub, Project Director Estate Management Suhail Maqsood Pannu, Directors Yasir Ejaz Chattha, Asma Mohsin, Junaid Hassan Manj and Asim Mahmood, Deputy Director Estate Management Adnan Shehzad, Deputy Director Finance Afzal Ansari and other members were also present in the meeting.
