FAISALABAD, Feb 18 (APP):Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) has established a Central Control Room on the directives of Ministry of Energy (Power Division) to ensure uninterrupted electricity supply to the consumers during the holy month of Ramzan-ul-Mubarak.
FESCO spokesman said here on Wednesday that Chief Executive Officer FESCO Engineer Muhammad Aamir would personally supervise operations across the region to guarantee smooth and continuous power supply, particularly during Sehr and Iftar hours.
He said that six Chief Engineers would monitor all operational circles of FESCO throughout Ramazan to maintain system stability and address any emergent issues on a priority basis.
He said that 30 Deputy Directors and Directors would also remain deployed at Distribution Control Center to ensure uninterrupted supply during peak hours of Sehr and Iftar.
The consumers could register their complaints through the Power Smart App or by calling helpline number 118 whereas the complaints could also be lodged through the toll-free number 0800-66554 and SMS service 8118, he added.
He said that the consumers of First Circle may contact 041-9200641 and 0370-1813109 while Second Circle consumers can call 041-9330063 and 0370-1813207.
Similarly, the consumers of Jhang Circle may register complaints at 047-9200220 and 0370-1813302 whereas Sargodha Circle consumers can contact 048-9232378 and 0370-1813409, he added.
He said that the consumers of Mianwali Circle may call 0459-920033 and 0370-1813506 while Toba Tek Singh Circle consumers can register complaints at 046-9201119 and 0370-1813609.
FESCO is committed to provide maximum relief to its consumers during Ramazan by ensuring prompt redressal of electricity-related complaints across its region, he added.
