ISLAMABAD, Feb 18 (APP):Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leaders, office-bearers and workers across the country visited the residence of Secretary General Muhammad Humayun Khan to inquire after his health and extend their best wishes for his speedy recovery.
Among those who visited were Khawaja Muhammad Khan Hoti, Syed Mehdi Shah, Shazia Marri, Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi, Rubina Khalid, Malik Tamash Khan, Razaullah Khan Chagharma, and Bilal Ahmed Mandokhail, along with several other party leaders, said a news release issued by the party secretariat.
They inquired about Khan’s well-being and presented bouquets as a gesture of goodwill and solidarity.
The party leadership and workers from Balochistan, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Azad Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab, and Gilgit-Baltistan attended in large numbers to express their support and prayers for his full and swift recovery.
On the occasion, Humayun Khan expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the party leadership, office-bearers, workers, and leaders from other political parties for their support and prayers during this difficult time.
He said that the love and solidarity shown by colleagues and well-wishers have been a great source of strength and encouragement.
Humayun affirmed that he will soon recover and resume his mission of serving the party and the people with renewed commitment and dedication.
