QUETTA, Feb 17 (APP): Balochsitan Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti on Tuesday said that providing relief to the common man is the primary responsibility of officers.
He said these views while addressing to officers who have completed training at Balochistan Civil Services Academy.
The Chief Ministers said that the strength of state governance is linked to talented and ethical officers adding that from today, your real test is starting in the practical field.
He stated that the responsibility of policy-making lies with the government, while officers are bound to implement it,
Mir Sarfraz Bugti highlighted that honesty is the key to success and corruption is the biggest hindrance to development.
He maintained that officers elected on the basis of merit should make the supremacy of merit and public service their motto saying that stay away from anti-state propaganda and spread awareness among the public about Article 5 of the Constitution Raise awareness of loyalty under.
“Unbalanced development is not only a problem of Balochistan but of the entire country”, he mentioned.
He stated that the state cannot be destabilized through violence, no concession would be made to those who take up arms against the state.

Mir Sarfraz Bugti also announced contractual appointment of daily wage employees of Balochistan Civil Services Academy and establishment of a library in the upcoming budget.
