ISLAMABAD, Feb 17 (APP):Chairman of the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme, Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan, addressed students, faculty, and guests at the Convocation Ceremony of the Federal College of Education.
The event highlighted the government’s commitment to youth empowerment and creating opportunities for young Pakistanis across education, employment, and entrepreneurship.
In his speech, Rana Mashhood emphasized that graduates are the architects of Pakistan’s future and must be equipped with modern skills, ethical values, and innovation to contribute effectively to national development.
He encouraged students to see graduation as a beginning rather than an end, urging them to apply their education in technology, digital services, the green economy, and social entrepreneurship.
He highlighted initiatives under the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme, including the Digital Youth Hub, which has already linked hundreds of thousands of young people with training, employment, and entrepreneurship opportunities.
Rana Mashhood concluded by reaffirming the government’s support for youth, saying, “We are building a Pakistan where every young person has the chance to thrive. Your success will shape our national story of hope, progress, and resilience.”
The convocation was attended by educators, Ministry of Education representatives, parents, and students, marking a milestone for both the graduating class and the nation’s pursuit of a skilled, empowered generation.
