RAWALPINDI, Feb 16 (APP): The Horticulture Agency Rawalpindi is carrying out city-wide beautification of parks and green belts, aiming to provide enhanced recreational and security facilities for the public.
According to an HA spokesman, work on the green belts along Rashid Minhas Road is ongoing, while care of flowers and plants in city parks is being stepped up to improve their freshness and aesthetic appeal.

“The landscaping and colourful flower arrangements have become a focal point for visitors, who frequent the parks in the evenings for enjoyment,” the spokesman said on Monday.
HA Rawalpindi Managing Director Ahmed Hassan Ranjha, said comprehensive security arrangements had been put in place across parks to ensure public safety.

He added that all necessary measures were being taken to maintain high standards and that negligence would not be tolerated, reaffirming the Agency’s commitment to making Rawalpindi a greener and more attractive city with quality recreational spaces for residents.
