LAHORE, Feb 10 (APP): Cloudy conditions prevailed in the city on Tuesday, and the Meteorological Department forecast similar weather over the next 24 hours, with a possibility of scattered rainfall.
According to MET officials, continental air was dominating most regions of the country, while a shallow westerly wave was influencing the extreme northern areas. As a result, mainly cold and dry weather is expected across much of the country, whereas hilly regions are likely to experience very cold and partly cloudy conditions.
On Tuesday, the lowest temperature was recorded in Leh, where the mercury fell to -08°C, while Lahore reported a minimum temperature of 12°C.
