MIRPUR (AJK) , Feb 10 (APP):Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Prime Minister Faisal Mumtaz Rathore has said that the tragic incident at Imambargah Tarlai saddened the entire nation.
The prime minister expressed these views while speaking to head of Tehreek-e-Nifaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafaria, Allama Syed Hussain Muqaddasi, and Allama Hussain Waheed Khorasani during his visit to Ali Masjid in Satellite Town, Rawalpindi, an AJK government handout said.
Faisal said that such cowardly and brutal acts could not weaken national resolve.?
Expressing his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families, the prime minister said that the government stood in complete solidarity with the families of the martyrs.?
He also prayed for the swift and full recovery of the injured.
Prime Minister, Faisal further stated that no one would be allowed to harm sectarian harmony, religious tolerance, and brotherhood in Pakistan and AJK.
?” The state stands for peace, unity, and brotherhood, and those involved in such incidents will be brought to justice”, he remarked.
He emphasized that the religious scholars’ role was key to promoting peace and inter-religious harmony.
On the occasion, special prayers for the elevation of the ranks of the martyrs and the speedy recovery of the injured were offered.
