Chinese language course concludes at Capital Police College with Chinese Embassy support

ISLAMABAD, Feb 08 (APP): A two-week Chinese language course, organized at the Capital Police College, Islamabad, with the cooperation of the Chinese Embassy, concluded here, with DIG Law and Order & Training Malik Jameel Zafar attending the closing ceremony as the chief guest.
A police spokesperson told APP on Sunday that the course was aimed at enhancing the communication skills of police officers and strengthening professional coordination, particularly in view of increasing interaction with Chinese nationals and institutions in the federal capital.

During the ceremony, certificates were distributed among police officers who successfully completed the course, while honorary shields were also presented to the instructors in recognition of their valuable services.
Addressing the participants, DIG Malik Jameel Zafar appreciated the cooperation of the Chinese Embassy and termed the initiative an important step towards capacity building of Islamabad Police. He said that learning foreign languages, especially Chinese, would help police officers perform their duties more effectively and professionally.
