ISLAMABAD, Feb 06 (APP):Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has lauded Pakistan’s security forces for their successful counter-terrorism operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, acknowledging their swift action and professional excellence in neutralising 24 militants linked to the Kharijite extremist network.
In a statement, Naqvi said the forces “thwarted the nefarious objectives of the terrorists through timely and decisive action,” adding that the nation highly values their sacrifices and commitment to restoring peace in the region.
The interior minister reiterated that security operations will continue “until the complete eradication of the Indian-backed Kharijite terrorist elements.”
Naqvi emphasised that maintaining peace in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa remains a top priority and praised the ongoing efforts of security forces in combating militancy.
