DERA ISMAIL KHAN, Feb 06 (APP):The district police have arrested three suspects and recovered 160 grams of Ice, 240 grams of heroin and 86 bottles of liquor during a successful operation carried out in the limits of City Circle.
According to police spokesman, the action was conducted by City Circle Police under the supervision of District Police Officer (DPO) Dera Ismail Khan, Sajjad Ahmed Sahibzada.
During the operation, police arrested a notorious drug peddler named Muhammad Aslam son of Akram, a resident of Korai, and recovered 86 bottles of liquor from his possession.
In separate actions, the police also arrested Waheed Akhtar son of Muhammad Bakhsh, a resident of Mohalla Jogianwala, and recovered 90 grams of Ice and 240 grams of heroin. Another suspect, Muhammad Qaisar, son of Dil Daraz, a resident of Bannu, was taken into custody with 70 grams of Ice.
The police have registered separate cases against the arrested accused, while further investigations are underway.
