ISLAMABAD, Feb 04 (APP): The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday served notices to respondents on a petition seeking restoration of Najaf Hameed’s bail in a fraud case.
Justice Raja Inaam Ameen Minhas heard the case wherein Najaf Hameed appeared along with his lawyers Qadeer Janjua and Ahad Khokhar.
The lawyers have requested the court to suspend the decision of the trial court which had cancelled the bail. The court said that let the response come from the respondents.
Justice Minhas said that I will pass a written order in this regard.
It may be mentioned here that Najaf Hameed has challenged the decision of the Special Judge Central dated January 24.
