ISLAMABAD, Feb 03 (APP):The Supreme Court on Monday adjourned the hearing of the review petition filed in the Noor Muqaddam murder case for an indefinite period due to a shortage of time.
The case was fixed before a three-member bench headed by Justice Hashim Kakar; however, the hearing could not proceed owing to the court’s engagements.
The court informed the parties that a new date for hearing would be fixed later.
It is pertinent to note that the review petition has been filed by the convicted accused, seeking a review of the Supreme Court’s earlier verdict in the Noor Muqaddam murder case.
