13 vehicles with fake number plates recovered through PSCA cameras

LAHORE, Feb 01 (APP): The Dolphin Squad’s operation against vehicles using fake number plates resulted in recovery of 13 vehicles through Punjab Safe City Authority (PSCA) camera.

According to the official sources, the Dolphin Squad had identified suspicious vehicles in different areas of the city with the help of Safe City cameras, on which action was taken, more than 13 vehicles were rounded up and all the vehicles with fake numbers have been handed over to the relevant police stations for legal action.

SP Dolphin Akhtar Nawaz says that using fake number plates is a crime under the law, citizens should ensure the use of correct number plates. Driving a vehicle or motorcycle without a number plate is a crime.
