Cold, dry weather predicted for parts of KP

PESHAWAR, Jan 31 (APP): The Meteorological Department on Friday predicted cold and dry weather for most districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa during the next 24 hours.
Hilly and upper and mountainous areas are likely to face severe cold with partly cloudy conditions.
Weather department stated that rain is expected in Chitral, Dir, Swat, Shangla, Abbottabad, Kohistan and Torghar districts. Meanwhile, Batagram, Mansehra, and Kurram districts may witness rain accompanied by strong winds, with snowfall expected over the mountains.
The report further said that fog may develop at a few places in the plain areas of the province which could affect visibility.
