ISLAMABAD, Jan 30 (APP): The Ministry of Foreign Affairs hosted an award distribution ceremony on Friday for the finalists of the Logo Design Competition, held as part of the celebrations marking the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Pakistan and China.
The competition was organised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in November 2025.
The competition received an overwhelming response, with a large number of design entries submitted from various cities across Pakistan. Following an extensive shortlisting process, the top three designers were finalised.
The Foreign Secretary, joined by the Ambassador of China, presented certificates and cash prizes to the competition winners in appreciation of their creativity and dedication.
Speaking on the occasion, Foreign Secretary Amna Baloch appreciated the broad participation in the competition, which reflected the country’s creative talent while also demonstrating the strong public resonance of Pakistan–China relations, particularly among the youth. The ceremony recognised not only artistic excellence but also the vital role of youth as ambassadors of friendship and goodwill, she added.
During his remarks, Jiang Zaidong, Ambassador of China, highlighted the enduring friendship and deep-rooted cooperation between the two countries. The Ambassador also appreciated the engaging events organised as part of the 75th anniversary activities.
The year 2026 marks the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Pakistan and China.
