MULTAN, Jan 30 (APP): The divisional administration declared kite flying completely prohibited across the Multan division.
The decision has been taken to protect human lives, maintain public order and ensure strict enforcement of the law.
Commissioner Multan Division Aamir Kareem Khan has issued clear directions stating that immediate arrests will be made and cases will be registered against anyone found violating the ban. He stressed that strict legal action will be taken against offenders and no leniency will be shown.
The commissioner further stated that all deputy commissioners and district police officers have been issued clear instructions to take strict action and ensure effective implementation of the ban. He said that under the zero-tolerance policy, indiscriminate action was being carried out across Multan division and violators of the law will be dealt with firmly.
The divisional administration Multan has appealed to citizens to comply with the law, refrain from kite flying and cooperate with the administration to safeguard human lives.
