ISLAMABAD, Jan 30 (APP):Federal Minister for Railways Muhammad Hanif Abbasi on Friday paid rich tribute to security forces for successfully conducting an intelligence-based operation in Balochistan, resulting in the elimination of 41 terrorists linked with Indian proxies.
In a statement issued here, the minister lauded the bravery, professionalism and sacrifices of the security forces, saying that the entire nation takes pride in its brave defenders who are safeguarding the country’s peace and sovereignty.
He said that the successful operation had thwarted attempts by Indian-backed elements to sabotage peace in Pakistan.
“The nefarious designs of Indian proxies to destabilize the country have been decisively defeated,” he added.
Hanif Abbasi reaffirmed that operations against terrorists and their facilitators would continue until the complete elimination of such elements.
He stressed that every enemy network operating against the motherland would be uprooted and brought to justice.
The minister further emphasized that the whole nation stands shoulder to shoulder with its armed forces and security agencies in the fight against terrorism. “Our brave forces are the pride of the nation and we salute their unwavering commitment to protecting Pakistan,” he added.
