ISLAMABAD, Jan 27 (APP):An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Tuesday fixed February 3, a date to indict three PTI MNA in Sangjani protest case.
ATC Judge Tahir Abbas Sapra heard the case. PTI MNA Aamir Dogar and MNA Maulana Naseem Ali Shah appeared in court. Kifayatullah Wazir Advocate appeared on behalf of MNA Maulana Naseem Ali Shah.
The court adjourned the case due to absence of several accused. The court also couldn’t hear the arguments on acquittal of Aamir Dogar.
It set sets February 3 as date for indictment of accused. The case was registered against PTI leaders in Sangjani police station under terrorism provisions.
