LAHORE, Jan 27 (APP):A sessions court on Tuesday adjourned the hearing of the Ameer Balaj murder
case till February 11 due to the non-appearance of prosecution witnesses.
The court re-summoned three prosecution witnesses for the next hearing and directed
them to ensure their presence.
Additional District and Sessions Judge Ijaz Bhosal conducted the proceedings.
During the proceedings, the accused Haroon, Bilawal, and Malik Suhail appeared before the court
along with their counsel, K P Rai.
The Chuhng Police have already submitted the challan in the case. According to case details, another accused, Gogi Butt, remains at large, while Teefi Butt and Ahsan Shah have been killed in separate police encounters.
