MUZAFFARGARH, Jan 27 (APP):The first facilitation center of the Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) was inaugurated on Tuesday,bringing a new level of convenience to consumers in the district.
According to a spokesperson,Parliamentary Secretary for the Power Division,Amir Talal Gopang officially opened the center,accompanied by SEO MEPCO Sajjad Hussain Gondal and other local officials.
During the event,SEO Gondal provided a detailed briefing on the services available at the center.
He explained that the new facility would allow customers to access all MEPCO-related services in one location, eliminating the need to visit multiple offices.
In his remarks,Amir Talal praised the establishment of the center,noting that it was a step towards making government services more accessible and efficient for citizens.
He highlighted that the move was in line with the government’s goal of ensuring people benefit from the welfare state concept.
The secretary also directed the concerned staff to resolve public grievances with dedication and commitment, ensuring that consumers’ issues were addressed promptly and effectively.
