ISLAMABAD, Jan 26 (APP):The National Assembly Standing Committee on Housing and Works on Monday deferred deliberations on the Islamabad Capital Territory Condominium (Ownership and Management) Bill, 2026.
Chaired by Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haideri, the committee expressed support for the proposed legislation but postponed its consideration until the next meeting, scheduled for February 9, 2026.

The Committee further directed the Ministry of Housing and Works to provide a detailed list of its properties in Karachi at the next meeting.
The meeting was attended by the honourable members Anjum Aqeel Khan, Ibrar Ahmad, Haji Rasool Bux Chandio, Dr Darshan, Samina Khalid Ghurki (via Zoom), and Syed Sami Ul Hasan Gilani (via Zoom).
