ISLAMABAD, Jan 26 (APP):The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Monday reinstated the membership of Syed Ali Musa Gilani, MNA from NA-151 Multan, and Tarique Ali, MPA from PS-48 Mirpur Khas.
Both legislators had been suspended on Jan 16 for failing to submit mandatory asset declarations under Section 137 of the Elections Act, 2017. The suspension was lifted after they filed statements for the financial year 2024-25.
