Drive against encroachments continue in Karachi,10 eateries and shops sealed

KARACHI, Jan 24 (APP): City administration’s drive against roadside soft encroachments and eateries continues in the city on the directives of Commissioner Karachi Syed Hassan Naqvi.
According to a press release issued by the Commissioner’s Office,Deputy Commissioners of Central and Keamari districts have submitted reports on the operation carried out against road side encroachments in their districts. As per details submitted 10 eateries and shops were sealed, and 2 were warned in a crackdown on 12 roadside encroachments.
Deputy Commissioner Central, Taha Saleem, said a pan shop and 2 photocopy cabins were sealed near Board of Intermediate office, while 5 shops were sealed in North Nazimabad and Paharganj areas, including Taj Hassan Pakwan, Chaye Dhabha, MashaAllah Car Gas, Hassan Zai Auto, Rent-a-Car, and a puncture shop. Deputy Commissioner Keamari, Raja Tariq Chandio, said 2 eateries in Rashida Baldia, and Saeedabad were warned against future encroachments.
