ISLAMABAD, Jan 19 (APP):Business Advisory Committee of the Senate on Monday met here at the Parliament House with Chairman Senate Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani in the Chair and discussed in detail legislative business to be transacted for the 357th Session.
The committee decided that the current session is likely to continue till January 27, said a press release.
Besides legislative business, the session would take up discussion on current situation of important national and international issues.
The meeting was attended by Senator Sherry Rehman, Senator Syed Ali Zafar, Senator Jan Muhammad, Senator Haji Hidayatullah Khan, Senator Kamil Ali Agha, Senator Saleem Mandviwalla, Sentor Kamran Murtaza, Senator Amir Waliuddin Chishti Minister for Law & Justice Senator Azam Nazeer Tarar, Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Dr. Tariq Fazal Chaudhry and Secretary Senate Syed Hasnain Haider.
The Secretary Senate briefed the Committee about the legislative business to be transacted during the current session.
