Gold prices decline by Rs600 per tola to Rs481,862

ISLAMABAD, Jan 17 (APP): The price of 24-karat per tola gold decreased by Rs600 and was sold at Rs481,862 on Saturday as compared to Rs482,462 on the previous trading day, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.
The price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold also declined by Rs515 to Rs413,118 from Rs413,633, while the price of 10 grams of 22-karat gold went down by Rs472 to Rs378,705 from Rs379,177.
Similarly, silver prices registered a decrease, with per tola 24-karat silver falling by Rs43 to Rs9,482 and the price of 10 grams of silver declining by Rs37 to Rs8,129.
In the international market, the price of gold decreased by $6 to $4,595, whereas the price of silver dropped by $0.43 to $90.07, the Association reported.
