ISLAMABAD, Jan 14 (APP):The District & Sessions Court of Islamabad court on Wednesday heard the case related to an alleged threat made to a woman judge, registered against the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).
The proceedings were held at the District and Session Courts, Islamabad, where Civil Judge Mian Azhar Nadeem presided over the hearing.
During the hearing, the court noted that a response to a letter sent to the Islamabad High Court has not yet been received.
The letter was written in connection with legal points raised in the case. Due to the pending reply, the court decided not to proceed further at this stage.
After brief proceedings, the court adjourned the hearing until February 10. The judge directed that the matter be taken up again on the next date once the required response is available.
The case stems from a First Information Report (FIR) registered at Margalla Police Station. The FIR relates to allegations of issuing threats to a woman judge during judicial proceedings.
