President pays tribute to professionalism of Navy

ISLAMABAD, Jan 10 (APP): President Asif Ali Zardari Saturday paid tribute to the professionalism of Pakistan Navy on the successful test of LY-80 (N) missile and loitering munition.

The President congratulated Pakistan Navy on successful and comprehensive exercise in North Arabian Sea.

He expressed satisfaction over the effective performance of Pakistan Navy’s modern air defence, surface-to-air attack and autonomous systems.

Successful open sea trials of Unmanned Surface Vessel (USV) is a significant step towards defending the country’s maritime borders, he added.

The President praised the professionalism and operational readiness of Pakistan Navy officers and men.
