Federal govt to begin reconstruction of Havelian Ayub Bridge soon: Murtaza Abbasi

HAVELIAN, Jan 10 (APP): The federal government is set to start reconstruction work on the Havelian Ayub Bridge after the completion of procedural requirements, following the approval of Rs. 1 billion in funding by Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif. This was disclosed by the former Federal Minister and PML-N Khyber Pakhtunkhwa General Secretary Murtaza Javed Abbasi while talking to media here Saturday.
Abbasi strongly criticized the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government, saying the province has suffered due to incompetence for the past 12 years, with no major development projects delivered. Commenting on the development, He said the approval of funds for the Ayub Bridge reflects the federal government’s commitment to resolving long-standing infrastructure issues in Hazara and providing relief to the local population.
