ISLAMABAD, Jan 10 (APP): Speaker of National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq Saturday expressed deep grief and sorrow over the demise of the wife of senior journalist Shakil Anjum, former President of the National Press Club Islamabad.
In his condolence message, the Speaker said that the passing of the deceased was a moment of profound sorrow and a severe test of patience for Shakil Anjum and his family.
He described the loss as irreparable and a great tragedy for the bereaved family.
Ayaz Sadiq extended his heartfelt sympathies to the grieving family and said that he shares their pain and sorrow in this difficult time.
He prayed to Almighty Allah to grant eternal peace to the departed soul and bestow patience and strength upon the bereaved family to bear the loss with fortitude.
