ISLAMABAD, Jan 03 (APP):The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) on Saturday issued a power suspension programme for Sunday, in various areas of its region due to necessary maintenance and routine development work.
According to an IESCO spokesperson, the power supply of several feeders and grid stations will remain suspended from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm in parts of Rawalpindi Cantt Circle, Rawalpindi-III, VIP areas, and Hamyoun Road feeder.
The power supply will also remain suspended in areas of Attock Circle, Bhater feeder, GSO Circle, from 09:00 am to 02:00 pm, PAF, Al Mustafa Tower, E-7, F-8/3, Crotyial Hotel, Air University, Madian Market, Abbasia Market, and Centaurus Shopping Mall feeders.
The spokesperson said that power supply in Ahmed Nagar, KSB, Islam Pura, Godwal-1, Godwal-2, Col. Sher Khan, Lala Rukh, Hussan Abad, and Fazal Rebar & Steel feeders, and surrounding areas will remain suspended from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
IESCO management has apologized to its valued consumers for the inconvenience caused by the scheduled power outages, adding that electricity supply may be restored earlier than the scheduled time if maintenance work is completed ahead of schedule
