LAHORE, Jan 02 (APP):Twenty-two kanals of land will be acquired for the Data Darbar expansion project, the Auqaf Department has formed a high-level committee to acquire the land.
The Auqaf Department sources told APP that the committee will be responsible for timely payment of alternative site, shifting charges, and the committee will be responsible for allotment of land in Bagrian village to the residents.
The committee will conduct the allotment of 3 kanals and one marla area in Data Darbar Hospital to the residents, all other matters including shifting charges have also been entrusted to the committee, a notification has been issued.
Director Estate and Finance Auqaf Khalid Mahmood Sindhu has been appointed as the convener of the committee, Deputy Director Finance, Deputy Director Estate, Administrator Data Darbar will be members of the committee.
Grade 17 officers from the district administration have also been appointed as members of the committee, SDO Civil Data Darbar and Manager Auqaf Data Darbar have also been made members of the committee.
