KARACHI, Jan 01 (APP):Empower Sports Academy (ESA) has formally unveiled its mammoth CSR initiative on Thursday, aimed at transforming the future of female sports and education in Pakistan.
The event was attended by leading media houses, corporate partners, sports professionals, educators, and stakeholders from across the country.
Now entering its third year of development, Empower Sports Academy officially introduced its nationwide mission: to identify, train, educate, and empower young girls aged 9–10 from across the country, and through state-of-the-art sports training in all Olympic sports, combined with structured academic education eventually prepare them for the ambitious goal of sending at least 100 Pakistani female athletes to the Olympic Games.
Empower Sports Academy has already begun working with girls from underserved communities in remote villages of Balochistan, northern Pakistan, Punjab, and Sindh — including girls who had never stepped outside their homes before.
Through structured training, mentorship, and education, these young athletes are now competing, excelling, and dreaming bigger than ever before.
Empower Sports Academy is a nonprofit organization and registered in the USA and operating in Pakistan, it is dedicated to producing world-class female athletes, scholars, and leaders capable of representing Pakistan on the world stage.
The Academy was founded by young Alisha Junaid, a national-level volleyball player and international coach, whose vision was shaped by witnessing immense untapped talent among young girls across Pakistan.
