LAHORE, Jan 01 (APP): Jinnah Hospital Lahore provided medical treatment to a total of 1,559,392 patients during the year 2025, reflecting a significant increase in patient inflow and healthcare services.
According to performance details shared by the hospital administration on Thursday, 807,127 patients were treated in the emergency department, while 752,265 patients received care in the indoor wards. During the year, doctors at Jinnah Hospital performed 88,602 surgeries of various types.
The hospital also carried out an extensive range of diagnostic services. A total of 3,072,554 laboratory tests were conducted, including 12,242 ultrasounds, 37,452 CT scans, 209,267 MRI scans, and 93,862 X-rays.
During 2025, 87,359 patients were admitted to Jinnah Hospital Lahore, including 18,144 children and 69,125 female patients. Compared to the year 2024, the hospital recorded a 34 percent increase in emergency patients and a 43 percent rise in indoor admissions.
Commenting on the hospital’s performance, Principal Allama Iqbal Medical College Professor Tayyaba Waseem said that the quality healthcare services being provided at Jinnah Hospital Lahore are a clear reflection of the institution’s commitment to patient care. She emphasized that the hospital is continuously striving to provide modern medical facilities to the public.
Professor Tayyaba Waseem further stated that the best possible treatment is being ensured for all patients visiting Jinnah Hospital Lahore, adding that any form of negligence in patient care is unacceptable.
