Probationary officers visit Ministry of Railways

ISLAMABAD, Dec 31 (APP):The probationary officers of the 53rd Common Training Programme (CTP) on Wednesday visited the Ministry of Railways as part of their professional exposure and training.
During the visit, Additional Secretary Railways, Shoaib Adil, briefed the trainee officers on various aspects of railway affairs, said a news release.
The officers were given an overview of the administrative and operational framework of Pakistan Railways, including its role in national connectivity and public service delivery.
The briefing also highlighted the responsibilities of national institutions and the importance of efficient governance.
The emphasis was placed on the role of public servants in ensuring improved public service delivery and institutional performance.
The visiting officers expressed keen interest in understanding the functioning of Pakistan Railways and appreciated the opportunity to gain practical insights into the workings of a key national organization.
