LAYYAH, Dec 29 (APP): The Anti-Corruption Establishment (ACE) Layyah has arrested three persons for allegedly transferring 50 kanals of agricultural land into their names through forged documents.
According to ACE sources, the action was carried out under the supervision of Circle Inspector Sarfraz Gaddi. The accused include Patwari clerk Adnan-ul-Hassan, Jamshed Zafar, and Riaz. They are accused of fraudulently registering land belonging to Manzoor Hussain, a resident of Chak No. 139-A TDA.
A case has been registered, the suspects have been sent to lock-up, and further investigation is underway.
