DERA ISMAIL KHAN, Dec 28 (APP):Assistant Commissioner Headquarters Lakki Marwat, Suhail Ahmed, paid a surprise visit to various government institutions and commercial centers across the district to review facilities and services for the citizens.
According to the administration, during the operation, several petrol pumps were also inspected, where legal documents and fuel measurement gauges were thoroughly checked to ensure the provision of accurate quantities to consumers.
In addition, inspections were carried out at different hotels to review cleanliness standards and compliance with the officially approved price lists.
He directed the hotel managements to improve sanitation conditions and strictly follow the government-notified rates.
They were also warned that legal action would be taken in case of any violations.
District administration officials said that such inspections would continue in the future to ensure transparency, protect consumer rights, and curb profiteering.
