ISLAMABAD, Dec 27 (APP): Muslim Conference Chief Organiser Saqib Majeed Raja and political analyst Brigadier (retd) Dr Muhammad Khan on Saturday joined the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) in Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
The joining ceremony was held in Islamabad and presided over by Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs, Gilgit-Baltistan and Safron Engineer Amir Muqam.
Addressing the event, Muqam welcomed the new entrants and said their induction would strengthen the party’s position in Azad Kashmir ahead of the upcoming elections.

He reiterated the PML-N leadership’s commitment to addressing public issues in the region under the leadership of Nawaz Sharif and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
The minister said efforts were underway to resolve issues raised by the Action Committee, adding that most of its demands had already been approved.
He also highlighted government initiatives in education and development in Azad Kashmir.
The ceremony was attended by PML-N Azad Kashmir President and Opposition Leader Shah Ghulam Qadir, former AJK prime minister Raja Muhammad Farooq Haider Khan, senior party leaders, and other political figures.
