FAISALABAD, Dec 25 (APP): Divisional Commissioner Raja Jahangir Anwar paid glowing tribute to the Founder of Pakistan Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah on his birth anniversary and said that Quaid-e-Azam was a transformative leader whose visionary leadership led the freedom movement to success and resulted in the creation of an independent and sovereign Pakistan.
During a meeting, he said that the most meaningful way to honor Quaid-e-Azam was to follow his golden principles and practical guidance for the progress and prosperity of the country and the nation.
Emphasizing Quaid-e-Azam’s enduring legacy, the commissioner said that becoming a great nation required learning lessons from the life of the Founder of Pakistan and every individual should played his role with sincerity, honesty and dedication in this regard.
Raja Jahangir Anwar said that there was a need to discharge national responsibilities with hard work, integrity and commitment to realize Quaid-e-Azam’s dreams for Pakistan.
It was imperative to acquaint the young generation with the Two-Nation Theory so that they could truly appreciate the value of freedom and remain steadfast in fulfilling objectives behind the creation of Pakistan, he added.
The commissioner further said that while commemorating Quaid-e-Azam Day, the nation must renew its pledge to never forget guiding principles of faith, unity and discipline, which remain the foundation for Pakistan’s stability, development and national cohesion.
