ISLAMABAD, Dec 24 (APP):The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has linked its IC4 system with all airports across the country to further improve public services and ensure prompt handling of immigration-related complaints.
An official told APP on Wednesday that the initiative aims to enhance transparency, speed up response time and provide immediate guidance to passengers at airports. Under the IC4 system, citizens can now lodge complaints or seek assistance related to immigration issues from anywhere in the country.
The official said that passengers can contact the FIA helpline 1991 or 051-111-345-786 for guidance and complaint registration. For immediate redress of offloading-related complaints, a dedicated number 051-9262908 has also been made operational.
To facilitate direct communication, FIA has shared official email contacts for immigration units at major airports. These include Islamabad Airport (immg.iiap@fia.gov.pk), Lahore Airport (immi.lhr@fia.gov.pk), Karachi Airport (immg.jiap@fia.gov.pk), Sialkot Airport (immg.sial@fia.gov.pk), Quetta Airport (immg.qiap@fia.gov.pk), Peshawar Airport (immg.bkiap@fia.gov.pk), Skardu Airport (immg.skiap@fia.gov.pk), Multan Airport (miap.immg@fia.gov.pk) and Faisalabad Airport (immg.fiap@fia.gov.pk). Complaints can also be sent to Immigration Headquarters at complaints.img@fia.gov.pk.
The official emphasized that all immigration-related complaints will be addressed promptly in accordance with the law, adding that the IC4 system will help ensure better coordination, accountability and passenger facilitation at airports.
FIA urged citizens to use the provided helplines and official email channels to report issues and seek timely assistance, reaffirming its commitment to improving public services at airports nationwide./APP-rzr-mkz
