GUJRAT, Dec 22 (APP): A meeting of the District Peace and Interfaith Harmony Committee was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Noor-ul-Ain Qureshi to review arrangements for Christmas.
The session was attended by representatives of the police, municipal committee, district
administration, Christian community, and relevant departments.
During the meeting, the DC emphasized maintaining law and order, promoting interfaith harmony, and ensuring public facilities during the celebrations.
He directed officials to ensure proper lighting, cleanliness, and security at all churches and to monitor hygiene and services at Christmas markets.
