ISLAMABAD, Dec 22 (APP): The price of per tola 24-karat gold in Pakistan increased by Rs6,200 on Monday, reaching Rs462,362 compared to Rs456,162 on the previous day.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold rose by Rs5,315, climbing to Rs396,400 from Rs391,085 on last day.
Likewise, the rate of 10 grams of 22-karat gold went up by Rs4,872, closing at Rs363,379 against Rs358,507.
In the international market, gold prices increased by $62, reaching $4,400 compared to $4,338 on the previous day.
Meanwhile, the price of per tola silver rose by Rs218, reaching Rs7,205 from Rs6,987 on the last trading day. The 10-gram silver price increased by Rs187, closing at Rs6,177 as against Rs5,990 the previous day.
International silver prices also witnessed an uptick of $2.18, rising to $69.30 compared to $67.15.
