FAISALABAD, Dec 21 (APP): The Punjab Socio-Economic Registry (PSER) survey is progressing at a fast pace and 969,631 surveys were successfully completed in Faisalabad district so far to identify deserving families through modern technology for targeted social welfare.
Briefing on the progress, Commissioner Raja Jahangir Anwar said that the survey would ensure transparent identification of eligible households so that they can benefit from various Punjab government welfare schemes.
He appreciated the public’s cooperation, terming it vital for the successful completion of this major initiative.
He urged the citizens to fully cooperate with survey teams visiting their homes and provide accurate CNIC details and data before the deadline of December 31, 2025.
Timely participation in the survey would enable families to qualify for government welfare programs including Ramzan Package, solar panel scheme, Kisan Card, Himmat Card and other social support initiatives, he added.
He clarified that the PSER survey is being conducted completely free of cost by the Punjab government and cautioned the citizens against any demands for payment.
