ISLAMABAD, Dec 20 (APP):The popular Zehni Azmaish (quiz competition) of Dawat-e-Islami concluded at E-11, Islamabad, with the final round hosted by Shura member and spokesperson Maulana Abdul Habib Attari.
The competition began with recitations from the Holy Quran and naats, attracting thousands from Islamabad and Rawalpindi. In the final round, Hyderabad edged past Lahore by a single point, earning Umrah tickets as the winning prize.
Moved by the runners-up’s devotion and love for the Holy Prophet (PBUH), Shura member Abdul Habib Attari awarded them Umrah tickets.
The programme also featured a short sketch promoting respect, care and service for parents.
Participants were urged to honor and serve their parents, while the programme also featured a segment promoting adherence to traffic laws.
Shura member Haji Waqar-ul-Madina thanked participants from Rawalpindi and Islamabad and praised the local administration for its support, as the gathering drew thousands of devotees along with political, social and media figures.
