KOHAT, Dec 19 (APP):A meeting to review the performance of the ongoing anti-polio campaign on its fourth day was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Kohat here on Friday.
The session was attended by District Police Officer Kohat, officers of the district administration, officials and staff of the health department, and other relevant stakeholders.
The Deputy Commissioner assessed the progress of the campaign and issued directives to ensure its success in the coming days with renewed vigor. He emphasized that all targets must be achieved to protect children from the crippling disease.
Appealing to the people of Kohat, the Deputy Commissioner urged parents to administer polio drops to their children and extend full cooperation to polio teams so that the virus could be eradicated once and for all.
