ATTOCK, Dec 19 (APP): A 22-year-old man was found dead at his residence in Darul Islam Colony on Friday in what police described as an apparent case of suicide.
According to officials, Samar Abbas, son of Ghulam Yaseen, allegedly took his own life by hanging. The motive behind the incident could not be immediately ascertained.
Rescue 1122 said its ambulance reached the scene soon after receiving information and shifted the body to the District Headquarters Hospital, Attock, in the presence of police officials.
Police said further proceedings were under way, while family members were being questioned to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
