PESHAWAR, Dec 19 (APP): The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government on Friday announced the winter vacations schedule for the academic year 2025–26 for all public and private universities, colleges and degree awarding institutions (DAIs) across the province.
According to a notification issued by the Higher Education, Archives and Libraries Department, winter vacations in summer zone/plain areas will be observed from December 23 to December 31, 2025, both days inclusive.
For winter zone, hilly and snowy areas, the winter vacations will commence from December 23, 2025 and continue till February 28, 2026, both days inclusive.
The notification applies to all public and private sector higher education institutions functioning under the jurisdiction of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government.
