SARGODHA, Dec 18 (APP):Additional Districts & Sessions judge Bhalwal, while deciding a murder case No. 979/23, registered under Section 302, awarded the killer death sentence along with a fine of Rs 5 lakh.
According to the prosecution, one Ehtisham had killed his village fellow on some domestic issue in 2023, a a case was registered by Sadar Bhalwal police station.
The court reviewed the case and awarded death sentence to the murderer.
